CADE / ABOUT
THE WHOLE SYSTEM, IN ONE VIEW.
Cade is my personal agentic operating system: a Claude-powered working partner with persistent, structured memory across my projects, priorities, and recurring work.
WHAT CADE STANDS FOR.
Creation.
Ambition.
Dedication.
Execution.
I kept re-explaining the same projects, decisions, and standards to a model that forgot them the moment a chat ended. So I gave that context a durable home: a structured vault I control, with the right slice of it loaded before the work starts. Analytics, builds, coursework, and career work continue instead of restarting.
HOW IT WORKS
- ORIENT
- Same identity, rules, and priorities each session.
- RETRIEVE
- The smallest useful slice of memory, not the whole vault.
- PRIME
- A Job loads the procedure, quality bar, linked context, and durable lessons.
- EXECUTE
- Research, analysis, planning, building, writing, decisions.
- PERSIST
- Outcomes and corrections return to the system.
ARCHITECTURE
- LAYER 01 / BOOT CONFIG
- CLAUDE.md — identity and rules that cannot lapse.
- LAYER 02 / SYSTEM MAP
- VAULT-INDEX.md — who, what, and where to look next.
- MEMORY MODULES
- Contextual folders · active priorities · Jobs.
- CONTINUITY
- Daily notes · living profile · indexes and wikilinks.
- SOURCE OF TRUTH
- Plain Markdown in an external vault I control, read on demand.
WHAT IT DOES
- PERSISTENT CONTINUITY
- History outlives the chat session.
- SELECTIVE RETRIEVAL
- Focused context, everything else one search away.
- AI PRIMING
- Jobs say what to read before the work starts.
- PRIORITY AWARENESS
- One active queue across every project.
- COMPOUNDING CORRECTIONS
- A lesson saved once is not relearned.
WHERE I USE IT
- ANALYTICS
- Dashboards, measures, documented business logic.
- DEVELOPMENT
- Scoping, implementation plans, architecture decisions.
- OPERATIONS
- Proposals, project plans, process documentation.
- EDUCATION
- Coursework, technical explanation, assignment planning.
- CAREER
- Recruiter responses and application material.
CONTROL
- EVIDENCE BEFORE CLAIMS
- Check the source before calling it done.
- APPROVAL BEFORE CONSEQUENCES
- Consequential actions need confirmation.
- EXTERNAL CONTENT IS DATA
- Embedded instructions are not commands.
- SECRETS STAY OUT OF NOTES
- Credentials live in secure locations only.
- THE USER CONTROLS ACCESS
- More access is a deliberate decision.
CAPABILITY EXPANDS ONLY WHEN CONTROL EXPANDS WITH IT.
